The Bakery
I love modular sets and sets that can stand alone so I can use it as a background build to my photography. This set have a bakery that can stand alone! I love that it is attached to a little outdoor garden area with a beautiful chess table . You can create tons of stories for photos and play time just with the Bakery alone. The owl fountain is a nice touch and those pretty sunflowers!
The Pink Apartment
This apartment have a bedroom and a kitchen and is perfect for a starter family in the city! Beautiful windows and an attic! I love the stickers that comes with this and the tiny little crib! Again, a lot of play time here, the drawback for me as a photographer is the tiny space but it doesn’t hinder the playability!
The Green apartment “Pet friendly”
Ah! I guess this one is my favorite part of this build because they made this PET FRIENDLY! There is a pet door and the apartment is rigged with a cat hang out! It also comes with a bedroom and kitchen. The details of the outside build also gives charm to the whole set.
Lemonade cart
I love a set that comes with little builds that adds more playability! Here we have Paisley with her lemonade cart/stand with her freshly made lemonade from the lemon tree above the bakery!
The Pottery and Laundromat
This LEGO set offers 4 businesses and that includes a launderette and a pottery room. Great addition for story telling, photography wise though as usual the place is too tiny to move my camera around but I can work with that. The pottery wheel spins by the way!
Summary
I will give this a 10/10 because I personally love modulars! The stairs and the mailbox is lovely to look at! This also comes with a lot of stickered tile that I can use for different photos. Little builds and stand alone builds are always a plus. This is also a well build LEGO Friends set with tons of playability. It is beautiful and fun! Retails for $169.99/169,99€/£149.99 with 2,040 pieces and marketed to ages 12 and up. Perfect gift for any occasion!
