The Build
This is a small build with 326 pieces focusing on the Taqueria, a Mexican restaurant specializing in tacos! There are two stickers; one for the stall name and one for the menu! Here I created a small LEGO corner where I imagined a colorful strips of houses.

The Minifigure
The Minifigure is wearing an apron with a logo that is matching the sticker of the stall name! This is ofcourse a nice addition to my minifigure collection!

Story telling
This set will definitely be an easy story staple in your story telling! It’s compact, really well made and can easily be attached/detached from any LEGO City builds or photography background. Super easy to photograph the front and the back. Here I created a little Taqueria story where tourists and locals have a fun and simple time at the local Taqueria!

Build details
The cactus and the flowing greenery adds true beauty on this set. It gives a little bit of a nature vibe and it casually catches the eyes!

Summary
The LEGO 40907 Restaurants of the World: Mexico is a Gift with Purchase currently running on the LEGO stores and LEGO.com. The current dates are from April 10- April 19, 2026 while supplies last. This is the second set from the Restaurants of the World series. The first one was LEGO 40906 Restaurants of the World: Japan. To be honest the price to avail it is quite steep at $180 but you can definitely reach it if you are waiting to buy a couple of sets to begin with. I had so much fun building this set and it’s a nice addition to any city you might have! Thank you for reading my review! it’s always so fun to share these things with everyone!

That looks like a really cute little set, I love the idea of a colorful taqueria. It’s nice you’re incorporating those little building elements to create a scene.
